Scales

Every scale for the level picked in the header, at a glance: staff notation and a ukulele fretboard with the notes highlighted, side by side, colored the same way as everywhere else in the room (C red, D orange, E purple, F green, G dark blue, A dark green, B light blue).

A simplification, honestly: the fretboard diagram shows every fret where a scale's notes occur across the neck (a note MAP), rather than one single fixed fingering — there usually isn't one obviously "correct" fingering for a scale on a fretted instrument the way there's one natural hand position on piano. Every scale is shown at 1 octave for legibility on a short-scale, four-string instrument. The original hand-written warm-ups and chord shapes still live in the practice stage and the Fingering page.
